WaterGrass has two (2) CDD’s.  WaterGrass CDD I includes the neighborhoods of Bridgeview, Glenbrook, Peregrina, Silvercreek, and Summerglade.  All other existing and future neighborhoods lie within the boundary of WaterGrass CDD II.
